ShopTerm
NASTech has just released ShopTerm for Windows 2000/XP. ShopTerm is used in lieu of the hardware TT5, and can be run on any Windows based PC. Read the installation instructions to install.

NDC_Plus Version 4.10
NASTech has just released the NDC-Plus Shop Floor Data Collection system for Windows 2000/XP.

NDC-Plus has been seamlessly integrated into the Windows environment without any noticeable changes to the operation of the system.

As with any Windows application, the system can now print to multiple printers via the windows network based on the station number. The system now has the capability to be administered remotely as well.

To be eligible for this upgrade, the NDC-Plus user must be running an un-modified version of the software, and must be running the current DOS version (3.16). Users with an un-modified version of the software can request the current DOS version by email or from Vercom/Primac.

To install this upgrade, you will need to provide a PC running either Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating systems. You may also need to purchase additional ComputerWise equipment from NASTech. To discuss your requirements and to order equipment, contact NASTech at 888-962-7832 Ex. 3, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm CST.

Added code to read Real-Time clock 5 times before reporting clock failure.

Allow date and time a transaction is begun to be used for transaction timestamp based on UserParam5 bit 6.

Allow delimiters to be used at end of input message to force NULL entry for last message in sequence. (Ex. "1+0102+" forces NULL for the third message.

Corrected Real-Time clock problem when synchronizing clocks when running Tandem configuration.

Modified TT6 screen clear code to get around problem with Windows TTn station emulator. TIM2B station type must be set to TT6.

Modified NDC_UTIL to ignore files which can be downloaded from PRIMAC.

When pattern matching criteria is specified for editing of input data,
the data entered must pass all other edits in addition to one of the
valid patterns defined. Prior to this change, a valid pattern bypassed
all other edits.

Added parameter to enable using the date and time that transaction entry
was started as the transaction timestamp. Prior to this change, the
date and time that the transaction was accepted was used as the
transaction timestamp.
